Customer Service Representative

The CSR serves as the primary internal representative of our organization and maintains client and banking relationships on behalf of the company. You take responsibility for each client contact to ensure their requirements are met. This position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism as you are in a strong position to influence their satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate as a key team player by supporting operations and sales as needed
  • Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution
  • Liaise with various banks to resolve queries, including tracing missing wire payments and requesting stop payments on cheques
  • Escalate complaints to Supervisor when necessary
  • Relevant administrative duties and associated accounting procedures
  • Correspond with clients and bank representatives via e-mail

As the successful candidate you should:

  • Have a professional telephone manner
  • Display keen interest in customer service
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be conscientious and thorough in task completion
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, fast-changing environment
  • Ideally be fluent in French

Skill set and Experience:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Relevant past experience (minimum 3 years working experience)

European Business Development / Sales Executive

PacNet Services Ltd was founded 14 years ago to serve the multi-currency payment processing needs of international marketing companies and currently employs close to 200 people around the world. Our clients include household brand names as well as small and medium sized businesses. We are looking for a Europe based Business Development Manager to join our team.

Success in the Business Development role will demand experience in both domestic and international business environments, as well as strong solution selling and relationship building skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a top performer who is hungry for success and is a proven self starter.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic sales plan to maximize revenues;
  • Perform the entire range of sales activities, from prospecting, cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing (including the execution of proposals and presentations online and in person);
  • Know and understand the needs and expectations of the clients;
  • Act as lead in interacting with the customer and assisting with education and integration;
  • Representation at trade shows and conferences;
  • Increase business volume by growing and strengthening existing business relationships;
  • Prepare weekly sales forecast, set time-bound goals/targets and achieve them;
  • Provide input into product development pertaining to the industry target, in addition to the creation of sales and marketing materials.

Skills Required:

  • Strong new business development, commercial and negotiation skills;
  • 5+ years sales experience in the payments arena and/or direct mail/direct marketing;
  • Performance driven and results oriented with a strong bias for action (proactive);
  • Effective problem solving skills;
  • Second language such as French, German or Spanish;
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to multi-task, work cross functionally with several departments;
  • Experience in growing revenue in an existing customer base AND in prospecting and growing significant new accounts;
  • Must possess the self discipline and self motivation to work unsupervised;
  • Must be willing to travel.
